Dive Manchester had brilliant Christmas Party for the Holiday Season.
44 people joined for this Christmas feast.
Great Food, Great company, a little fun with Christmas Gift for everyone. 😄😄 Having Fun is one big motto for DM Club.
DM Club started in May 2017, 2 month after Dive Manchester was born.
We have about 100 listed members. About 25-30 members go diving regularly. The rest come diving occasionally. Some stay only in warm water. All levels of divers from all different back ground. What makes diving great is that you can make friends easily. Remember? Diving is FUN!!

 DM Club go diving nearly every weekend. Our regular dive site is Capernwray diving quarry in Carnforth. Great facility, decent depth and size. Great site to have nice relaxing easy diving as well as training and practicing. We also have different diving every month. Diving Weekend Trip, over sea live aboard, UK shore diving, etc.
Social event is also the fun part of being a member. We have Monthly Quiz Night in local pub. I personally don't drink much. Only a pint or two of Shandy. Main purpose is to meet other members and have some chat and all. Quiz is good. You don't have to worry about looking for topic to talk with new people. 😄 By the end of the evening, you can talk to anyone.

 We also go out for meals time to time. I'm hoping to have other social events this year. If you have any ideas, tell me your idea! Anything to have fun will be GREAT!

 DM Club is not only a diving club but also social club. Join us to have fun! Remember? Diving is FUN!!

Scuba diving is great adventure for people who love Sea/Ocean and marine creatures. Underwater Camera is one of the way to have fun in Scuba Diving. When I took a camera for the first time, I encountered Manta Rays..one shot at a far, 2nd shot coming closer, and 3rd shot right above my head!! As descending in water, we start losing colours. At about 5 metre, Red disappears, then Orange around 10 metre. Yellow at 20 metre and Green about 30 metre. Hollis - No Limit - Strength & Comfort for Drysuits

Hollis BTR-500 Drysuits Scuba diving...adventure in the Water World. Some of us may only dive in tropical warm water with wetsuits, but some of us are hard-core diver enough to enjoy cold water diving with drysuits. 4C degree water temperature may sound very cold, but if you are equipped & prepared for it, cold water diving can be quite fun. In UK, usually water is clearer in winter. It can be much better diving than in summer, in fact. Drysuits will become crucial for cold water diving. Let me introduce some Hollis Drysuits here. Hollis Drysuits in UK, unfortunately, did not have great start. Quality of the suits was not quite there and many suits had leaks after a few dives. Customer service was very poor just because of their internal problems. UK distributor and Hollis main office did not have good communication and relationship for years...That was such a shame for Hollis products were known as superior Technical Diving equipment in the rest of the world. Being Good Diver is not about Certificate. Let's Go Diving!

All divers start from the basic diving certification called Open 1st Scuba Dive Lesson. All starts from here! Water Scuba Diver (SDI) or Open Water Diver (PADI) or equivalent. This certificate let you go scuba diving all over the world to the maximum depth 18m. Many divers stay with this level, enjoying beautiful coral reef and marine creatures, etc. Colours still stay well above 18m, so most dives will be nice and relaxing.  What's the next level? Advanced Adventure Diver (SDI) or Advanced Open Water Diver (PADI) or equivalent certificate will let you go diving maximum 30m deep, giving you more chance to go scuba diving. It won't be colourful like shallow diving but when there are ship wrecks at that depth or something else to see, you will not miss the opportunity.
